Welcome to OnScreenFX!
Based in Antrim, Northern Ireland, OnScreenFX specialises in creating high-quality screen graphics for film and TV. With over five years of experience in the art department, both on set and in Art Department offices, we understand how on-screen graphics need to feel authentic and seamlessly integrate into the storytelling process.
Founded by Ciara McLarnon, OnScreenFX is built on a strong background in film studies and digital design. Ciara holds a Film Studies degree from Queen’s University Belfast and has worked on productions like Line of Duty, Blue Lights, and The Woman in the Wall. She has collaborated with major broadcasters, including BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, and ITV, delivering custom screen graphics that enhance production value and bring fictional worlds to life.
We specialise in both static and interactive screen graphics, including fictional user interfaces (FUI), motion graphics for TV, and digital prop graphics. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and ProtoPie, we ensure that every design not only looks great but functions seamlessly within your production. Whether you need on-set graphics for sci-fi, crime dramas, or contemporary productions, we craft visuals that feel real and engaging.
