Introduction

These terms govern your use of our services. By working with OnScreenFX, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Background

OnScreenFX specialises in creating interactive screen graphics for film, TV, and digital media. Our experience on set and within art department offices gives us a deep understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines. We strive to meet all deadlines but cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines due to late briefs, faulty technology, or delayed approvals. All design work asked of us will be carried out on the understanding that you have read, understood and fully agree to the OnScreenFX terms presented here.

Services Provided

OnScreenFX provides interactive screen graphics and motion design for film, TV, and digital media, either creating new graphics or working from existing concepts.

Artwork Copyright and Clearance

All artwork created and delivered by OnScreenFX is provided with the understanding that it will only be used for the specific purpose discussed and agreed upon. OnScreenFX does not offer copyright clearance or negative checking services. Any artwork or content we create and provide must undergo a full clearance check by your production team.

You are responsible for ensuring that all third-party content is cleared for use and must provide us with the necessary information before we supply or use any materials.

You agree to fully indemnify and hold OnScreenFX harmless against any losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses incurred due to claims that the artwork or content provided infringes on a third party’s legal rights. If a claim is made against you concerning the infringement of third-party rights on materials provided by us, and incorporated into the artwork, you agree not to seek recovery of any financial loss, nor pursue legal action or third-party proceedings against OnScreenFX.

Once the artwork has been delivered to you, OnScreenFX is not responsible for any issues that arise from its use thereafter.

Payment and Invoicing

Our standard payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. Artwork remains the property of OnScreenFX until payment is received in full. Additional fees may apply for extended research or time spent beyond the estimated scope.

A Purchase Order is required before work can begin

Ownership and Copyright

The client retains ownership of the final content upon full payment. OnScreenFX retains the rights to use any work created for promotional purposes.

Amendments

Clients are entitled to request revisions. Additional charges may apply for significant changes beyond the original scope of work.

Liability

OnScreenFX is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our designs. Clients are responsible for ensuring all third-party materials used in their projects are cleared for use.

Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and will not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.
